Soldering systems

Modern soldering systems produce with lead and RoHS-compatible according to the EU directive on the restriction of the use of hazardous substances

Assembly / cables / wiring

Own workshop for subsequent work on housings. We take care of the assembly and wiring for you and work with original hand tools for cable packaging.

Process

Ultrasonic cleaning in a 3-chamber system on an isopropyl alcohol (IPA) basis
Araldite encapsulation with a special mixture for an optimum heat flow and little shrinkage
Protective coating with acrylic or urethane lacquer
Water-soluble cleaning with Vigon A200
